This site is for the purposes of posting factual data regarding my business relations with Daniel Bussema of Michigan who acted as director of Capital Growth Partners, henceforth referenced to as CGP.

7/27/2012... I was promised a "contract for payment" signed by Mr. Bussema and notarized which outlined final payment arrangements for the balance due of a check that was written in 2009 for the amount of $86,500 that bounced. At 2:45pm West Coast time I received a text from Mr. Bussema that he was still not in possession of the finished agreement but promised that I would have by end of day. It is now 3am West Coast time on 7/28/2012. No contract was sent and no communication was made from Mr. Bussema to myself to update me of the delay in his promised contract. I reposted this site on 7/29/2012.

7/31/2012...Mr. Bussema texted me requesting me to pull down the site so that he could secure a new job that would ensure "consistent $ for me". I refused to do so on the basis that I never agreed to weekly payments for any extended period of time as an appoved compensation. I advised Mr. Bussema that no further contact was necessary to me at this point since I have to date given him (5) separate contract opportunities to pay what he owes and he has defaulted on all of them.

8/8/2012...Mr. Bussema attempted a call to me but left no message.

1/3/2013...Another year passes! In October of 2012 I advised Mr. Bussema that I would be re-hiring legal council to pursue collection of the outstanding debt. Mr. Bussema informed me via text that because I had contracted legal council he could no longer speak directly with me. I have not heard from Mr. Bussema since October of 2012. He has not made any effort to contact me nor has he made any efforts to pay the outstanding balance now 3 years old.

Over the course of the last 3 years Mr. Bussema has made several promises and defaulted on contracts for payment of the balance due plus interest on the investment.

I took the site offline in February of 2012 for two months because Mr. Bussema was making attempts to reconcile an outstanding balance of $75,000.

The contract promised was an offer made by Mr. Bussema after 3 weeks previously promising interim payments that never occurred. As per my verbal promise to Mr. Bussema I agreed to keep the site offline as long as he met his financial commitments to me. He is now in default and so this site will be updated periodically with the history of our dealings since February of 2009 when I invested $50,000 dollars into CGP and it's HYIP and to date have received less than my original investment.

This site will only contain factual data of my business dealings with Mr. Bussema over the last 3 years. Anyone who views this site must do their own due diligence as to whether investing with Mr. Bussema is a viable business decision.

7/10/2013...I entered into another contract agreement for payment with Mr. Bussema as follows: 1st payment of $35,000 on 9/15/2013 and balance owed on 10/15/2013 of $40,000.

9/15/2013...No communication and no payment from Mr. Bussema.

9/16/2013...Contacted Mr. Bussema who offered to send $1,000. Said there was a small delay on the large amount and that would be coming soon. Sent $1,000 via western union.

10/15/2013...Communications from Mr. Bussema explain delays due to lawyer involvement. Could not give a date as to when balance would be paid and could not make any subsequent payment so another contract (the 3rd I've made with him since this investment started 3 years ago) is in default.

10/15/2013...Called but got voice mail. Returned my call with explanation that he was speaking with attorney tomorrow and would contact me with update.

10/16/2013...No call so I called Mr. Bussema. He returned call and left message that he was "in a meeting" but supplied no update.

10/17/2013...No phone call as of noon pacific time. Will not attempt to contact Mr. Bussema any further.

NOTE...As part of my agreement on the contract made in 7/2013 I agreed to not speak with Federal Authorities who contacted me in July regarding Mr. Bussema. I have not spoken with them so I have no information as to why they were contacting me regarding Mr. Bussema. Since our contract is now void and to avoid any type of legal repurcussions I will be contacting the authorities and supplying whatever information they request.
